LIFE CHANGE
Are you tired of broken lives,
broken relationships, and broken systems?
Our brokenness will lead us to
find our own way to make life work.
Q: What have you done on your own to try to make life work?
In the Beginning
God’s Original Plan … it was perfect harmony.
Read: Genesis 1:31 & Psalm 19:1
But the original plan became distorted and broken when sin entered the world.
Read: Romans 1:25 & Proverbs 14:12
God loves us so much that He didn’t leave us to wallow in our brokenness, He sent Jesus to rescue us.
Good News, Right?
Simply hearing this Good News is not enough.
Read: Mark 1:15b; Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 10:9
Admit your sinful brokeness and stop trusting in yourself. We don't have the power to escape this brokenness on our own.
Ask God to forgive you - to turn from sin, to trust only in Jesus. This is what is meant by repent and believe.
Believing, we receive new life through Jesus and God, turns our lives in a new direction.
Upon confession and in your heart... you are a new creation!
Belief is so personal
Only you and God knows if you truly believe with your heart. It is the powerful act of God to cause you to believe. There is nothing external or internal that you or anyone else can do for you to receive salvation.
Believing in Jesus is just the beginning of your new life!
As you continue to pray & dwell in God's Word, you will want to turn away from your old life patterns and transform your mind to that of Jesus Christ.
Read: Romans 12:2; Galatians 5:13-21
Jesus came to earth, fully human, to show us that living the life that God plans for us is worth persuing.
Read: Hebrews 4:15-16
Your continual transformation and maturity in the faith will be evident through the fruit of the Spirit.
Read: Galatians 5:22-25
